Two question: - How can I change the text and fields that are sended in that mail? - I want to set that nobody (except administrator) can change the options (in tool options) but I want that everybody is alerted with an email when somethig is assigned to him. How can I set this "tic" to true by default?
Admin Console-Security-Access-Role Select the Role Customisation Remove the check for "Change Options Allowed"
However this removes the ability to access the options section!
An alternative is you could schedule a rule to ensure that this flag is removed from the person record even if it is set by a user and set the person templaye to set hsi to a value of unchecked for all new accounts

But with the email body and subjets.... Is there any posibility to change that text without installing SP17 (I have SP14). I mean: Any field in localized text or directely in the Service desk Database?
