Send me e-mail if I need to approve an item

In SD 4.5 there is a client option under tools-> options -> advanced that allows users to select if they want to be notified by email. Is there a way to audit who has this enabled and who has it disabled. I am looking to write a database query to pull this information. Is this information stored in the SD database somewhere? We are using SQLServer and SD Service Pack 19.

Re: Send me e-mail if I need to approve an item

Hi David,

On the Person records you can also configure those values. You can simply audit those fields (2x-Send me an e-mail...)under Security>Audit>Audit Rules>Person.

I'm not sure those fields are synchronized with the fields available under Tools>options>advanced...

Hope this helps,
Rgds,
Michel

Re: Send me e-mail if I need to approve an item

Hi there,

Just do an Advanced find on a person, and on the Advanced tab select "Send me an email if I need to approve an item" equals Yes.

Hope this helps

Ruth
