Send email with a % of the deadline time on a work order in Service Desk

I want ServiceDesk to automaticly send an email when the actual time is 60% of the total time between the created time, and the deadline of a work order.

For example, if a work order is created jan 1st, and the deadline is jan 11. I want to send an email on Jan 7. Of course this amount of time between the created time and the deadline time can be from hours, to months.

Any idea?

1-st solution: use one custom field(target day 60%). one script for calculation 60% day. one DB rule and using internal SD schedule.
2-nd:use one custom field(target day 60%). one script for calculation 60% day. one rule clear this field if completed. External schedule, run script(every 10 min. as example) where compare filed "target day 60%" and today ,if yes send email.
3-d: if are you not use a planed fields.
one rule - copy start time to planed start.
one rule - copy duration to planed duration by script as duration*0.6 . In planed finish you will have targed day 60%. use rule with schedule on target day.
