Send attachement through Email using "Update" command

I am running OVSD 4.5 with SP 21.

Users in the our enviornment log calls using Service Pages but as attachements are not supported through Service Pages, I want users to send attachements through email once the call has been logged through SP.

Is it possible for users to use the "Update" and attach the attachments through email and update the call logged from Web?

Please Help.....

Yes,

Just make sure that you tick the "attachments allowed" option on the email update command. You may also want to test if the body of the email contains nothing will this work.
