I have run into a problem when trying to pull the following data for a report from HP OV SD:

Based on Service and / or Configuration Item, I'd like to be able to pull a list of who 'touched' a ticket. What I'd like to see is potentially a one-to-many ratio of Ticket X for X Service or CI, who worked on the ticket, i.e. who is listed in the History Lines for that ticket.

I'd then like to be able to dump that table to excel via the export function of the system.

Anyone who has done this or has any ideas, I'd be very appreciative.
