Saving attachments with FTP Quota makes a continuous error

Hi!

My company has already installed Servide Desk v4.5 w/SP15 on Windows Server 2003 R2, during the last month we tried to implement a quota based FTP Server as HP recommendation however our "test" failed.

We applied 1MB as quota then we created a new service call, added files with bigger size as quota limit, saved the record and immediatly appears a "socket write error" (in theory it was expected) but even we removed files in order reduce the size, saved the record again a new error appears related "FTP error 550: There is not enough space on the disk".

Unfortunately, the error "enough space" appears any time when we tried to save the record, also without attachments. It looks like it was captured in memory or keeps a relation between SC record and FTP interface.

We have opened a HP ticket but there's no answer yet. WE haved searched several documents, manuals, etc but no find a SDv4.5/Windows support.

Somebody has implmented SD with Windows and FTP quota, please share with us any recommendation, in theory our configuration is the correct!

Thanks in advance!
Erika
