Re: SQL query for new Custom Fields

Hello,

The new custom fields stored in table
ITSM__CFT001

is the acronym of the table that holds the entity. For example for service calls it is "ser" and for configuration items "cit".

You can find the acronym either on "itsm_tables" or by examing the three first letter of a column in an entity table. For example for service calls most columns are named like ser_.

The ITSM__CFT001 is join with the entity's main table on

ITSM__CFT001.ITSM__CFT001_OID =._OID

For example for Service Calls

ITSM_SER_CFT001.ITSM_SER_CFT001_OID=ITSM.SERVICECALLS.SER_OID
