SP16

Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our set up from SD4.5 SP8 to SP16.

If anyone has already installed SP16, please let me know if SP16 is stable or it has any issues?

Thanks

Re: SP16

HP forgot to include a critical file needed for the actual upgrade to SP16. So if you use attachments you cannot upgrade to SP16.

Re: SP16

Another thing is associated with the change of attachment folder structure. I found that this is now using a structure with total depth of 8 nested subdirectories - something as
C:\Attachments\Servicecall\000\000\000\000\000\000\010\000\c7c\300\8a.
Attachment itself is coded as something similar to
00000000-0000-0000-0001-0001eebd054d.
Has been done in order to overcome the limit on some OS - e.g. in case of HP-UX 65535 of total attachments.
Sounds good, but perhaps on Windows platform can create a lot of overhead on NTFS and also some potential performance troubles. Not real practical experience yet.
