SP for techs

SP for techs

I am currently using the SP for our techs and they can see assigned calls but not calls they have logged as users. How do i get this? do I need to add SP to their role?

Has anyone used the portal?

Hi Yvonne,

that is to do with he template that is set for "Engineers" or those with licence log on accounts rather than an SP account.

Geberally this view is set up to show the calls that are assigned to the person or workgroups that they are part of as this is more relevant to them other than then seeing calls that they have loged.

To see the setting go to Admin Console - Service Pages - Presentation - View Settings and look at the filter hat is set.
