SP View changing

Hi,

I need to do that SP end user should
see Service Call status column ("Registered",
"In Work", etc)... in view when login to web SP. Is it possible to setup this in SD?
I can't find this ....!

Re: SP View changing

Hi Andrey,

I don't think you can do this. If you go to Tools>System>Service Pages>Presentation>SP View>Service Call>Caller Open or all calls, you will see the Fields button is greyed out whcih means you cannot add any other columns.

Re: SP View changing

Not in ServicedDesk, but in SD45 you can modify the *.jsp of Service Pages to display this column.

It is not as hard as it seems, just look through the code, check the WEB-API javadoc and its example and browse through this forem and you will find what you are looking from.

Re: SP View changing

It's amazing...
Such function must be available via GUI...
I don't want edit jsp files.
I wonder why it's not available here.
Looks like SD is not so flexible.

With description of standard procedures and examples of implementations ?
