out of box you are not able to modify these fields if you are using a Service Pages account to view your records.
One reason is that you as a user should not be able to change status or tranfer the call to another group. This should be the service desk or the resolution groups responsibility. If as a user you think these foelds need to be changed for what ever reason you should call the service desk and explain to them.
However think you can modify the .jsp code to allow users to change these values if you want.
