We have upgraded SD 4.5 to SP 17 and when a user with Support Role tries to create an SP Account using Person Record, it pulls up SD Account creation screen with the user type Concurrent or Named instead of SP Account Creation screen. Has anyone experienced this? Can you help fixing it. Thanks Anju
I assume that the way you are doing this is to do an advanced find on the account and then when you get a results list right clicking in the results window and selecting new account. The type of account shown depends upon the row selected. If you right click on an applications account (Named or concurrent) you get the option to select "New application Account". If you right click on an existing Service Pages account the option is :Create new SP account".
