SP 17 e-mail template creation problem

Case details:
Hi!
Our environment:
Application server: MS Windows 2000 Advansed server sp4
SD: HP OpenView Service Desk 4.5.0588.1706 (SP17)
DB: MSSQL 2000 sp3

Problem description:
We just upgrade to SP17. At creation of a new e-mail template there is a error (see attach).
But the template is created.
If after binding of template to incoming mail to send the mail, there is answer will come that fields Category and Status are not filled, but in a template they are filled.
Somebody faced such problem?

We had a similar problem,but restart application server helped us.
We try it.

Hi,

I think you need to run a sql script from HP to solve the issue related to SD SP 17 templates.
Shut down SD server > log on the db > run the script > restart SD server.
