SMTPERROR

Hi!

I'm using SD with SP15. When I'm trying to create new service call with inbound e-mail command New, I'm successful.
But, when I'm trying to get info with command View I've got responfd, that given ID not found. Part from log file below:

P, 26/09/2005 11:30:25 The given ID not found: 36

I'm absolutely sure that Service Call with ID 36 exists.

Re: SMTPERROR

Hi Daniils,

This is SP15 problem which is fixed in SP17. Hotfix is also available. See the forums for similar cases. Same problem with the update command. Confirm this by using the update command too.
