I am having a strange issue with SLM. I have created a few business service and put them under SLM with a couple of SD Metrics assigned for measuring the availablity of the service via service events like Service calls etc. The Service status shows everything running, but after a hour or two it shows status of "Not in Service". I have specified the support / service hours in service, slm and SLOs as well .. Its definately not a license issue, any hints what could be going wrong ?
