SLA

The SLA that was attached to the Organisation does not display in the Organisation form when you click on the SLA tab

Hi Mike,

Well for this whener you create a new service level aggreement(from SLA)and choose the organisation and create a new SLA,select that organization in "Provider organization".Once you choose that organization and then view that organization details,you will get that SLA attached in non-editable form in SLa tab.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Hi Mike,

No..when you relate an organization with SLa then SLA tab of that org will not reflect that SLA.But I think you want all this to automatically provide SLA to a call whenevr organization is selected.This thing works fine..Now if you select caller org then automatically SLA will set (this is the same SLA in which you have related the org)..
