SLA sometimes does not work

I think this is the weirdest thing that ever happened to me implementing Service Desk..

SD5.1 w/ SP6.1

I have SLM implemented so that when a caller belonging to an organization that receives a SLA is filled in a Service Call, the deadline will be automatically calculated using the priority field.

The thing is that sometimes this stops working.. I fill in a caller and the deadline is not filled in, then I open another GUI and do exactly the same process and it works.

What could be the problem here?

Hey FL,

ROUGHLY the same thing was happening to us. Is Configuration Item a field on your form? When we populate that it always clears out our Deadline.

Not that we care though, since Deadline has never calculated correctly for us.

We are not using the CI field yet so it cannot be that.. thx anyway!
