hi every body, how to configure SLA in Service desk 4.5 with sp14, I want to configure sla in incident responce time and automatic genrate monhtly report and send the mail, pls let me know the process for SLA Management. Hi Documentation about SLA you can found in standard SD doc - User guide , ch.11. Optionally, SLA searching by way Org-> SLA-> Service. For mail reporting need external s/w, if YOur sql server is Microsoft 2005, then you can use Reporting service from this server or use another tool as Crystal report.
