SLA Breached Reports

Hi,
I want to calculate the SLAreached calls monthly and weekly in a chart wise report.
I hv taken one custom field which updates after the deadline is breached and actual finish is empty.
But when i m making reports or views in Sd i cannot get the calculations proper.
Can any one tell me how do i solve this.

I want a report for SLA brached monthly and weekly(CHART WISE)

any suggestions would be appreciated

If your report is not proper then try to use this condition:

"update your custom field after deadline is breached and actual finish is empty and STATUS STATE IS EITHER ACTIVE OR ACCOUNTABLE".

Else I have already explained you about chart wise report in previous thread.

Hi Esc,

Well as you know that I am also setting a flag for SLA violation but the problem is occuring if in between the status of the call is non-accountable.
Previously I had defined the condition as "actual finish is greater than deadline".But now I am not able to define any condition where I can use the logic as "status is active or accountable and deadline has been met"
Also tell me whether to check "evaluate this rule when field is changed"? or not?

Require urgent help..
