SERVICEPAGES - easy 10 points

I need to modify button "configuration Items" to open a drop down list contains User's CI and not Organization's CI (default)

SOMEONE CAN HELP ME and give me the jsp code?
thank!

Re: SERVICEPAGES - easy 10 points

Hi,

I thought by default that the configuration items buttom on service pages only showed ci's that were related to the logged in person. I can't test to confirn for you at the moment (my lab is still offline).

Relate some CI's to a user and log into SP withthe users details and have a look.

Re: SERVICEPAGES - easy 10 points

Hi Mark,

You are absolutely right. Default settings show CIs related to the User. I have tested this and it works fine.

Re: SERVICEPAGES - easy 10 points

Great.

I am a little hit and miss about the way it works by default as a user can be calling about something that is not a CI assigned to them, though I do understand the basic idea behind it.

Anyway - thats how it works.
