SD5 URL to servicecall

Can someone tell me the link/url to a servicecall
without the use of servicepages ?!?!!?

Is it possible to enclude a url of a servicecall in a mail, clickable and opened by a template ?

This is possible and you can see such thing in the approval email notification.

Re: SD5 URL to servicecall

Thanks for the points. Above each replies is a line that says sort by.... and points in bold. Click on the points and you should be able to allocate points.

Re: SD5 URL to servicecall

Actually, here's a better explaination.
Only the question author can assign points to a given response. If you submit a question or new topic and another member replies to it, you will see a dropdown menu of points next to the reply (you must be logged in to see the menu). Select the point value and then click the "submit points" button. Note that you can rate multiple replies and submit them at one time.

Hmm. The points didn't work. Maybe the system is playing up.
