SD5 MOM webjetadmin inbound email problem

hi all,

my inbound email is not working when i can emails from MOM and Webjetadmin and when the MS outlook format is html.
The inbound email is working when a new email is generated from Ms outlook on a condition that the email format is TEXT
NB: i tried to receive email from webjetadmin then forward the same email to the sd it will generate a SC
i made the inbound email unrestricted to accept any email still no answer
Any hint ?
