SD5.1 Update Relatred SC in a Master/Slave relationship

Hello,

we are using SD5.1

we configured a master/slave relationship for Service Calls (Relation Is master of and reverse relation Is Slave of). We like to build a DB rule to update related SC. I found how to update related SC with the checkbox 'Select a related item', but I want to execute this update only if the Master ticket is update and I can't found the Refering To /Relation in the Condition part of the rule builder.

Any Idea ?

Hi there,

As far as I know, you cannot use a realtion type as a condition in a rule.

The simplest way to do this is to have a way of marking a call as a master - say use a custom boolean field.
