On your management server, go to Start -> Programs -> HP Openview -> HP Service Desk Licensing.
Once the application opens, you can click on Report License Key.
Please note that this application seems to use the account which is your default in Client Settings, and if the login details are incorrect, then the Licensing utility will not open (you will not get an error message).
I am able to open up the Licensing Management page. there is NO error message found when i select Report License Key.The only message i got is No valid license(s) found. I tried to repair it using the installation file. Still, got the same setting in my console.
