SD5.0 workspaces missing

Hi all,

I got this strange error message after i login to SD console as system.
The error message is:

You are not allowed to view this person - workgroup

The only workspace that is visible is OV configuration. The rest are missing.

Please help. This is urgent.

Are you able to check whether or not the license keys you have loaded have expired or not?

I am using trial version.
May I know how long is the trial period for it? Where can i check its validity?

On your management server, go to Start -> Programs -> HP Openview -> HP Service Desk Licensing.

Once the application opens, you can click on Report License Key.

Please note that this application seems to use the account which is your default in Client Settings, and if the login details are incorrect, then the Licensing utility will not open (you will not get an error message).

I am able to open up the Licensing Management page.
there is NO error message found when i select Report License Key.The only message i got is No valid license(s) found.
I tried to repair it using the installation file.
Still, got the same setting in my console.

Any ideas?

If you are getting No Valid License it most likely means that your demo keys have expired which will then make the various modules inaccessible.

Is there any ways i could regain the license keys? like reinstalling SD to the machine?

I'm not 100% sure. I believe if you reinstall then you will get new trial keys, but I suspect you'd also lose whatever configuration you have done.
