Hello, Not sure if this is what you are asking, but it is possible to update certain fields on a support request form using Service Desk 4.5 via email. I currently have users updating ticket via emails from their Blackberry devices or outloock clients.
Have a look at the Service Desk 4.5 Administrator's Guide. Chapter 10 explains how to set up and use Inbound E-mail in Service Desk. If you are on SP19 or later, the New and Update can be combined to be able to specify fields. Both the SP readme and the SP20 addendum contain information on this subject.
