SD4.5 Service Pages SC view

Hi experts,

I have some doubts about the records created in service desk client. I have enabled the SP user account to view SCs table view in SP.
However, the SP view is empty regardless the login account is the caller or assigned person.
Is it possible to see the records created from client in Service Pages?
For some reasons, i need to view these records via SP when i cannot access service desk using client.

Please guide.

Hi,

using the SP templaye I set a checkbox to true which allows me to search for app SP created calls. this is a hidden field so end users cannt change it. I also set the source to web request but a user could change thsi so i have the backup method instead. Perhaps enable this so you can easily search fro SP calls in the future.

What filters have you applied to the SP views?

Hi there,

The filter i set is To assigned person and To caller.
i created a SC in client but not able to see the record in SP when i login as the caller.

Can i know is this the feature or i missed out some settings?

Have you made sure that the person record has a link to the Service Pages account? This is the most common reason why SP users cannot see calls logged.

Hi,

Admin console-Service Pages-Presentation-Support Request
Customer All & Customer Pending views
Filter - More choices
Check "the customer"

or can you attach a screenshot of your filter
