I have some doubts about the records created in service desk client. I have enabled the SP user account to view SCs table view in SP. However, the SP view is empty regardless the login account is the caller or assigned person. Is it possible to see the records created from client in Service Pages? For some reasons, i need to view these records via SP when i cannot access service desk using client.
using the SP templaye I set a checkbox to true which allows me to search for app SP created calls. this is a hidden field so end users cannt change it. I also set the source to web request but a user could change thsi so i have the backup method instead. Perhaps enable this so you can easily search fro SP calls in the future.
