SD4.5 SP19 Problem with "Custom Fields"

Can everybody help me!
I created "Boolean" and "Entity Reference" Custom Fields for Servicecall.
I can insert this Fields in the Servicecall Forms without problem.
But now, i can not write in this Fields. My loggin is Systemadministrator.
Is everybody know why? Is this a bug in SD4.5 SP19?

Hi,

when you created the field did you activate it for all categories or a selection of categories.

Thanks for the help. Bud I can't select the "All Categorie" or "Enabled for the following categories", this Option are deactivated!
Have you e idea why?

Make sure that you have at least one category defined in your Service Call Category Code table. Once you have an entry there, you should be able to then Activate your new custom fields for "All Categories". You could then delete the Category from the Code Table.

Tricky, eh?

I haven't a Categorie for the servicecall
