Can everybody help me! I created "Boolean" and "Entity Reference" Custom Fields for Servicecall. I can insert this Fields in the Servicecall Forms without problem. But now, i can not write in this Fields. My loggin is Systemadministrator. Is everybody know why? Is this a bug in SD4.5 SP19? Thanks for the help Karin
Make sure that you have at least one category defined in your Service Call Category Code table. Once you have an entry there, you should be able to then Activate your new custom fields for "All Categories". You could then delete the Category from the Code Table.
