SD4.5 SP10 select ticket outside wroking hour

Hello everyone,
I need to identify ticket that are open outside our service desk normal hour, that is Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

I try to create a database rule to set a boolean custom field called "off normal" to true but can not find a field that let me have a criteria only on the hour part of the strings. All the field in service desk are data and time.

I think the only solution is to run a SQL to set this up on a routine basis.

If anyone have a better idear please let me know.

Sorry for the typo error.

All field in service desk are date and time.
I can not find a string that only have or permit to select the hour part.
