SD & TeMIP Liaison

Hi,

Regarding the TeMIP Liaison how to match the TeMIP attributes to the corresponding Service desk fields where when trouble ticket has been automatically created some fields in the SD will be filled automatically according to certain fields in the TeMIP

I've never seen TeMIP SD liasion but you should check import mapping settings in SD-Data Exchange. That's the only place for attribute mapping if you are not using web services with SD web-api.

how to create a rule
For example: in the SD the incident Site name field set to TeMIP Friendly name & so on?

Hi,

The only doc. I can advice is SD Data Exchange guide. Section5 importing service events and NNM Integration section probably useful for you.

But I still don't know what kind of integration you are trying. sd_event, web api or any other way?
