SD Error message cannot read the dictionary

Hi there,

I'm using SD 4.5 SP9, in the Application server we are getting an error message "Cannot read the dictionary, can not find labels.rep and messages.rep, put this in \repo\locales\1033"

And also in the appserver service we are getting java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException and java.lang.NullpointerException

What I've to do for this? Pls advice.

Regards,
Smitha.

Re: SD Error message cannot read the dictionary

Tried purge your client cache and the server cache.
The *.rep files are normally stored in the cache.

hi!

You can find the cach in

C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk

Replace "USER NAME" with appropriate name.
