We've just done a fresh install of SD 5.1 out of the box, and one thing that strikes me right away is that there is no "Service call" object available in the "Service Desk" workspace on the left! If I try to add it, it's just not there. All the other parts of the system that refer to service calls (forms, templates, etc etc) are all there. Only the primary object is missing.
Can someone give me an idea if this is an easy fix, and if so what to do about it?
