SD 5.0 history line

Hi all,
For history lines in SD 5.0,it does not include the log of auditing the status of calls. In fact,it has to be created manually.
Is it a new feature or some workarounds can be done?

Hi there,

You need to switch on auditing for the fields you want. Go to OV Configuration, Users &Security, Audit, Audit rules, Service calls and turn on audit for status and any other fields you want to be audited.
