The views that system administrator creates as system views behave different in web console as in client for a certain user regarding his roles. Is there a specific procedure to manage that?Or am I doing something wrong.
when I created System Views and specified Views for Users (for example)for user who have only the aibility to open Incident, Service Calls and assign them to an IT specialist. Views are displayed different on a Web Console as they are displayed when a user is logged to the client console.
please find attached screen shots of client console and web console. When a user logs to the client console worspaces are displayed different from the workspaces on the web console. How to manage that web console after login starts with Services Today or Open Incidents, for example.
