SD 5.0 Incident form and organization,person

Hello
I inserted "organization" and "Person" fields in Incident form. But they don't work like in Service call form. If i choose a person(caller) organization field is empty, it doesn't renewal.I want automaticly update "organization" in incident form, or let enduser enter only this person which belong to choosed organization.
help!

Service Call has HP supplied code to enforce this behaviour - Incident does not.

Your best bet is to use a UI rule to set ORG once PER has been selected. You won't be able to limit PER based on pre-selected ORG

Hi
You mean DB rule for placing organization of user?

When a value has changed
where NOT (User (*) is empty)
"Organization update" (Update Data) Organization set to [User Organization]
