SD 5.0 Impact, Priority, Deadline

Hi Guys,

In SD4.5 the deadline was automatically populated once the Impact was selected. Is this still the case? I have configured a Service Level, SLA and Service and linked them all, is there something else I need to do?

Hi Guys,

the problem I had was sorted out by selecting the 2nd option under the system settings, general settings under the application tab, the option where you use the Support Hours for the impact per SLA where available.
