I have got a strange problem. One of our users are suddenly unable to open and create Service Calls. Opening Work Orders or Incidents works fine, but when trying to open a Service Call nothing happens.
Is there anybody out there who can help me resolve this ?
The user role has the neseccary rights on Service Calls. The user sitting next to him has the exact same roles and have no problem opening or creating Service Calls. The problem occurred yesterday, but there are no changes done to the user as far as I know.
