1. Make sure all Service Desk Clients disconnect from Service Desk properly and purge the cache on exit. 2. Check in the Administrator Console if users are still connected. If they are still connected and reachable prompt them to finish their session, otherwise mark their session for removal. 3. After no users are connected, stop the server(s). 4. Clear the server(s) cache. You do that deleting the content of the folder: %sd_serverhome%cache 5. Re-start the application server(s).
