Is it possible to change the history so I have more than one information field? I would like to have Subject, Internal Information and Information so I can keep notes for internal purposes and have it editable.
I know I can add in a custom field and audit it to have it captured in the New Value field, but this isn't what I want.
Is this possible? Will it take database modifications (ITSM_HISTORYLINES_SERVICECALL seems to be the limiting point here). I'm guessing that modifying the database will make the product unsupported which is not desireable either.
