SD 4.5 SP 18 ID number

Hi;
Is possible edit the imaging in the attach document. The reason is because we arrive to SC 100,000 and not show the number.

Hi William,

-start SD client, logon as system
-tap "F2" (or click "Advanced Find")
-in "Look for" choose "Localized Text"
-on tab "More Choices" uncheck "Match Case"
-on tab "Localized Text" type in "Text": "*has been saved with*"
-modify record "InsertRecord" however you like (default is "The %1 has been saved with the ID %2.", so f.i. use "%1 %2 has been saved.")

P.S.1: it take effect also for other entities (Problem, Change etc.)

P.S.2: beware of other installed languages (if there are some)
