SC without Deadline

Hello,

we have a ServiceCall without deadline and no entry in the history about clearing the deadline field. Do anyone has an idea what's going wrong?

Does it habe history saying it was set??? If not then I guess the SLA and IMPACT settings have not mapped to a PRIORITY or the chosen Priority does not have a duration mapping?
