SC 6.2.2 report on time spent

Hi Experts,
We have installed SC 6.2.2 on windows 2003.
I want to have a report on time spent for each incident. Say from open to resolve.
Like, IM200200 open reslove 23:00:00
IM200201 open resolve 10:00:34
Also, Time spent by an operator per month, Like
Operator month Year Total-inci Time spent
V Raghaven 3 2008 30 30:00:00

Is it possible in SC with minor customization
I do not know what the field 'Time Spent' is ment for.
