Roles

I created a new role in SD 4.5 SP 23. When opening a service call or creating a new one, a user with that role cannot assign calls. The "To workgroup" and "To Person" fileds are not available even though "Assignment" is listed as Write access for the role (see screenshot)

Any thoughts?

I did not initially give access to Person and Workgroup for the role. Once I did that the proper fields were available
