Role for owners

Hi,

I'm running SD 4.5 with Service Pack 23.

I want than my users have see the calls, which it owns. I would like to create such a role, because the wiev does not solve my problem. Is it to do?

Yes, you can create a role that allows users to only have access to view those items that are assigned to them or their workgroup.

Chapter 2 of the administrator's guide (Accounts Administration / Roles).
