Re: Rights for System Administrator

Hi,

The system administrator account cannot be modified. The SLA combines the service with a service level in order to supply the service to a receiver and this account has access rights to Service Level Agreements and Service Level items. Try to create, modify, etc. these items with system administrator role. You can do anything.

Re: Rights for System Administrator

Hi As indicated above, from the user console perspective you do not need this access since this is done in the admin console where the sys admin has complete rights.

Re: Rights for System Administrator

Above true, Rule of thumb, admin = ALL ACCESS, no exceptions.

Create a role that has the access you need, then tye it to the persons account/record who needs the access.
