Where do i can find the Revised ERT field in service call?

That sounds like a custom field to me.

Yes, it is a custom field.

The thing is when i try resolve a service call by assigning it to a particular group it shows me a UI error message "Please fill the revised ERT". I checked a UI rule is configured for this.

But i am not able to find it anywhere in service call.

Well, if you can't find it, it means you're missing it, it was de-activated, or it simply is not there.

If it's a UI Rule triggering the message, what's the condition?
