Resolved servicecall not moving under resolved list

Calls set to 'Resolved' still in Service Today for certain workgrouops - they should disappear when they are set to resolved. But does not move into the resolved list

Has anyone had this issue Before?

Hi there,

You need to check the filter used in the Service Today view: it may be filtering on whether Actual Finish is set: if so you will need to ensure that Actual Finish is set by rule when Status is set to Rsolved.

If this is not the answer, please post details of the filter on the ST view,

Cleaned cache and restarted servers.

Thats sorted the problem.
