Reports on HP OpenView 02.10.212

Hi there

I am very much a novice at this system and have a few of questions:

1) Can a user draw reports on which calls were assigned to his division and when they were closed?

2) Where can I download manager and user manuals?

3)If a user cannot draw these reports, is it possible for admin to draw a report for a specific person to see when calls were assigned to him and when he closed the calls?
