Reporting on Custom Fields

We have some custom fields that we've added to a custom form. They do not show up in the default V_EN_US_Support_Request view. How can we link these to that view?

Re: Reporting on Custom Fields

Jesse,
You need to re-generate the views from Report Settings.

Do not forget to assign points to each contribution.

Hope this helps

Re: Reporting on Custom Fields

I have refreshed the view for Support Request in HPSD but I still can't see the custom fields in the V_EN_US_SUPPORT_REQUEST view in Crystal Reports. Any other suggestions?

Solution

Re: Reporting on Custom Fields

two suggestions:

1. show some love and award points. each reply is eligible for 0-10 points. even if you do not get a magical answer, each contribution helps *you* to get to the solution. also, assigning points will encourage other forum members to participate and post to help *you*.

2. now that you have regenerated the views, check the database directly and see if the columns that correspond to the new custom fields are there or not.
