Report for related CI..

Hi All,

We can get reports for related Service call or incident in Any CI by going to Related Service call / Incident Tab and then right click--> Print Preview..

But the same thing is not enabled for related Services in Service Tab, how we can get reports for related services, attached is the screen shot for the same.

Looks like a bu to me - someone forgot to program the right-mouse response! Still happens in SP30 - raise it with HP.
