We would like to remove certain information from a CI when the status of that CI changes to a 'surplus' status.
This includes information such as the Administrator, the Custodian etc, and also the Users of that CI
We want to do this in a database and/or UI rule automatically, so none of that information remains with the CI.
This is no problem for any of the information we want to remove except for the CI Users.
I can understand why it would be a little more tricky to do this because there could be multiple users, which each user having multiple CI's, where as a CI has only one Custodian, and/or Administrator.
I guess it could be solved that way; however we have decided to just run a daily report for non-production CI’s listing the assigned users. That way they can be removed manually. We don’t have too many so that will work for us.
